Welcome to the e-Forum website

The e-Forum Association is dedicated to analysing the future needs of eGovernment in Europe, and promoting excellence in defining solutions to those needs by bringing the private and public sectors together. For members it is a network for exchange of ideas, a gateway to the latest eGovernment information, and a showcase for the solutions that will shape eGovernment over the next ten to fifteen years.

e-Forum - Registration Form

To continue with site registration, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of the e-Forum and understand that fees are payable (please see the fees summary).


e-Forum requires payment in full each year on accounts with balances of € 100 or greater. e-Forum may suspend your membership for non-payment of e-Forum fee. If you have not paid your outstanding e-Forum fee after our reminders and warnings, e-Forum reserves the right to refer your account to an outside collection agency for collection of the outstanding e-Forum fee. Please note that the collection agency will also charge you a proportionate and reasonable fee for the collection of the unpaid e-Forum fee, which will vary according to the amount owed and which will be payable in addition to the outstanding e-Forum fee.


In accordance with article 8 of the constitution, "Neither withdrawing and excluded members, nor their cessionaries (in case of decease) shall have any right whatsoever to the association's assets"
In accordance with article 32 of the constitution, "Financial liability of the Association members shall be limited according to the Belgian law to the annual subscription fee.
Members defaulting on due subscription fees shall be removed from membership at the next subsequent meeting of the General Assembly
